Communities
We work with communities in towns & cities to rural villages, and council estates to university campuses. The people who live in them encompass all social and ethnic groups and reflect a huge array of lifestyles.
We have particular expertise in researching socially excluded groups, such as black and minority ethnic (BME) communities, people with disabilities, the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community and low income families.
We never lose sight of the individual whether we are communicating with people on a face-to-face basis, through focus groups or at the end of a telephone.
Our work with communities includes:
- Customer satisfaction surveys
- STAR satisfaction surveys
- Tenant and residents' surveys
- Childcare sufficiency assessments
- Community cohesion evaluations
