26 02 08 Enventure confirmed as market leader
Independent research carried out by Feedback Market Research has confirmed Enventure as the market leader in its field. The survey which interviewed a variety of local authority waste and recycling management officers was undertaken as part of our ongoing commitment to improving the services we offer our clients.
In the last two years, over 51% of respondents had used Enventure to undertake their recycling project and the results have been excellent, particularly our overall customer service, with 4 out of every 5 people rating our service as good or excellent.
In total, 101 interviews took place over a two week period. We would like to express our thanks to everyone who took part and hope that together we will be able to continue our joint efforts to improve recycling around the UK. Hopefully this time next year, 5 out of 5 people will be rating our overall customer service as good or excellent.
