West Yorkshire Police Force conducts both a general public perceptions survey and user satisfaction survey every year.
Following these surveys, Enventure have been commissioned to undertake a programme of research to evaluate the level of customer service provided by the West Yorkshire Police. The research both quantitative and qualitative in nature will involve both postal surveys and focus groups.
