Essex County Council commissioned Enventure Research to undertake a survey of the care worker workforce in Essex to gain an understanding of issues relating to retention and recruitment within the sector and help develop strategies to address them, to ensure high quality social care services are provided to Essex residents. This is the second time the survey has been undertaken, with the first one carried out in autumn 2019. The survey has now concluded and Enventure Research has presented the findings from this year’s survey to the Council.

Enventure Research is once again working with Clarion Housing Group to deliver a telephone survey of its residents. This survey follows on from the most recent Index Survey delivered for Clarion in summer 2020 and aims to speak to as many of the same respondents as possible in order to understand how their situation may have changed over the last six months. The survey touches on a number of important topics, such as the Covid-19 pandemic and its impact on household finances and employment, as well as a range of other important measures of satisfaction.
Enventure Research has been commissioned for the second year in a row to deliver the Nominet membership survey. The survey, delivered online, aims to gain insight into member attitudes towards and perceptions of Nominet and the benefits of being a member. This year’s survey will also cover questions related to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on businesses and what support Nominet could offer to help businesses at this time.
