Enventure Research is once again working with Clarion Housing Group to deliver a telephone survey of its residents. This survey follows on from the most recent Index Survey delivered for Clarion in summer 2020 and aims to speak to as many of the same respondents as possible in order to understand how their situation may have changed over the last six months. The survey touches on a number of important topics, such as the Covid-19 pandemic and its impact on household finances and employment, as well as a range of other important measures of satisfaction.
