The Association of Anaesthetists once again appointed Enventure Research to undertake a survey of its entire membership, consisting of over 10,000 members. Enventure Research has previously worked with the Association to deliver several research projects since 2011, most recently in 2020 when it delivered an online survey to gain insight into members’ views on postoperative enhanced care units.
The membership survey was securely hosted online and personalised invitations to participate were emailed to all Association members, and 1,661 responses were received representing a 16% response rate.
The survey provided valuable feedback on a number of different topics, and provided the Association with an up to date understanding of its membership. The findings will help the Association to ensure it continues to reflect the needs of its members and can continue to support them for years to come.
