Enventure Research is delivering research on behalf of Devon & Cornwall Police and Dorset Police about their proposed merger.
The research involves a telephone survey with 2,000 residents across Devon, Cornwall and Dorset, in addition to an online survey open to those who live in, work in or visit any of the three counties, as well as employees of Devon & Cornwall Police and Dorset Police. As part of the wider conversation, residents will be able to complete the survey at community events which are attended by the police.
The findings of the research will be collated into a comprehensive report and provided to the two forces and two PCCs in order to inform them on the views of staff, public and local groups on a possible merger.
