Western Riverside Waste Authority (WRWA) has recently commissioned Enventure Research to undertake a User Satisfaction Survey at its Smugglers Way HWRC.
Enventure Research will deploy two experienced and local interviewers to undertake a minimum of 700 interviews with visitors of the HWRC across seven days in September.
The questionnaire, designed by Enventure Research and WRWA, will aim to seek users’ views on the site staff, cleanliness and safety of the site, time spent at the site and user friendliness.
The survey findings will build upon previous research of the same nature and will establish the level of usage and satisfaction of the Smugglers Way HWRC.
