The Project
Enventure was appointed by the West Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive (WYPTE) to pre-test a proposed West Yorkshire Travel Plan Network marketing campaign aimed at workers and commuting.
Research Methods
Enventure developed and moderated two focus groups involving travel co-ordinators from across West Yorkshire to find out what services customers used, how good the services were and what improvements could be made.
Results
The qualitative research provided feedback on the service provided by West Yorkshire Travel Plan Network, where customers felt improvements could be made and initiatives they would like to see introduced.

The research informed the development of the marketing campaign.
