Enventure Research are pleased to have been commissioned by Kingston First to undertake a Visitor Survey later in the summer.
Kingston First was established in 2005 and is the Business Improvement District (BID) for Kingston upon Thames town centre, responsible for delivering a number of innovative projects that aim to improve its trading environment.
Enventure will be deploying a team of ICQS trained and experienced local interviewers to undertake face-to-face interviews with those who use and visit the town centre. Fieldwork will be carried out over a three-week period using tablets.
Enventure Research will design a ten-minute questionnaire, in conjunction with Kingston First, to gain an understanding of how visitors travel to Kingston, their reason for visiting, patterns in visiting, perceptions of the town centre, competitor destinations and potential barriers to visiting Kingston.
Following completion of the fieldwork and thorough data analysis, a comprehensive report will be delivered to Kingston First, detailing the survey findings and including any actionable conclusions and recommendations.
Kingston First will use the findings from this research to inform its business planning and develop its strategic marketing for Kingston upon Thames as a destination, prior to the next term starting in 2019.
