Leeds City Council appoints Enventure for Customer Access Survey

Leeds City Council is developing its Customer Access Strategy and has appointed Enventure Research to undertake important qualitative research with residents to better understand customers’ expectations around customer care when accessing council services.

 

Focus groups will be made of residents throughout Leeds, ensuring they are representative.  Group will also explore customers’ views
around doing more things online with the council.
