Manchester appoints Enventure for its Resident Perception Survey

Oct 15, 2012

Manchester City Council’s new research framework has swung into action, with the council awarding its first research project to Enventure Research.  The Resident Perception Survey will be carried out every quarter with a representative sample of 1,100 residents.  The contract, which will last for 18 months, is an important step for Enventure, building on a number of other successful local authority residents’ surveys.

The survey will be carried out using a telephone survey and a small number of face-to-face on-street interviews to ensure a representative sample.

The findings each quarter will allow Manchester City Council to measure how well it, and its partner are performing in the delivery of services, and help them decide what needs doing differently in the future.
